    Character Data - Bug

    Details: My main character's (Aireck Zett, Sargatanas) information in Lodestone is not accurate. Lodestone claims I am apart of the world Shiva, in which I transferred the character to Sargatanas over two years ago (January 30th, 2015). In Mog Station, it shows I have access to both characters data; however, the character in Shiva should not exist due to the transfer. Please advise.

    Steps:
    1. Refreshed browser
    2. Asked in-game friends to verify incorrect character information in Lodestone

    4. Emailed Support Ticket [73778643] - August 3rd, 2017

    Issue resolved by deleting all characters from original world (Shiva)
